If you have been living long enough at some point you realize that you do many things the same way over and over again. Oh we don’t do it on purpose, but our tidy little pre-programmed brain stores up the information and spits it back out on demand. So we develop habits; many, many habits that we begin to do unconsciously. No thought required, naamsayin? This habit forming part of our brain was designed this way on purpose so that we would not have to constantly reinvent the wheel (or some other suitable cliché.)
